Who is allowed to play on the courts?
- Members are allowed to play during open play times per their membership plans.
- Non-members need to buy a corresponding day pass in order to use the facility.
- Parents accompanying kids to their classes are not allowed to play on courts unless they are members or have bought a non-member day pass.
- Kids & Adults enrolled in the training program are not allowed to play in the open play courts unless they have signed up for a membership plan or have purchased a non-member day pass.
- Non-members who are found using the courts without a day pass will be fined $250. Members escorting friends to use the courts without a day pass will risk losing their membership (account termination along with a fine of $250).
- Use only designated open play courts for volleyball and badminton during the open play times.
What are the Badminton open play rules and guidelines?
- You must allow an waiting individual to join you for doubles game if you don’t have a partner.
- Players will play a maximum of 20 minutes and move off the court when there are waiting individuals.
- Please be courteous and mindful of the members waiting to play and vacate the courts as per the guidelines.
- Singles games are not allowed when there are others waiting.
- Please be mindful and respectful to choose the partners and courts that matches your skill level.
What are the Volleyball open play rules and guidelines?
- You may choose who is on your team. You must allow waiting individuals to join your team if you don’t have enough.
- With the exception of the first game, players will play TWO GAMES regardless of winning, and move off the court.
- Games will be played to 25 points (win by 2, cap of 27).
- No more than 5 minutes for warm up prior to starting the games.
- Maximum of 3 teams per court. Please be courteous and mindful of the members waiting to play and vacate the courts as per the guidelines.
What shoes are allowed?
- Only Non-marking shoes are allowed.
- Anyone playing with marking shoes that can leave marks on the sports flooring will be fined with $200 penalty.
Are snacks/drinks allowed on the courts?
- Snacks, food or drinks-without lids & chewing gum are not allowed on the courts. Only water in a container with a secure lid is allowed. Use the cafeteria and mezzanine space to have snacks or drinks.
- Any clean-up of leftover food or spilt drinks will be fined (clean up charge $100).
General facility usage rules
- All customers must sign the client waiver and release of liability form before using the facility.
- Phones should be kept in silent mode.
- Please pick up trash and broken shuttles after your games.
- If your shuttle falls into someone else's court while they are playing, wait until they are done with a point before retrieving it.
- Be careful when walking behind and between courts - we don't want anyone to get hurt!
- Expectoration (spitting) on floors, walls, drinking fountains, etc., is not allowed.
- Usage of any kind of tobacco products is not allowed in the facility.
- No chairs, sharp objects, or high heeled shoes allowed on the sports floor.
- No jewelry and no belts/clothing with sharp edges is allowed while playing or training.
- No pets or animals allowed into the facility.
- All members under 8 years of age must have direct adult supervision at all times.
- Be courteous and respectful of other members. Use good sportsmanship at all times. No profanity is allowed.
- Be respectful of equipment and all areas of SPARC Facility.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All injuries must be reported to the SPARC Facility office immediately.
What are the general membership terms?

What are the general training programs terms?
- All payments for the training programs must be completed before taking a class.
- SPARC does not offer makeup classes if the student misses a training class.
- Every effort will be made to setup a makeup class if SPARC cancels a training class.
- Any training program cancellation requests must be in writing to info@sparcarena.com.
Refunds
- Always email us at info@sparcarena.com 30 days ahead of your next billing date so your account changes can be made in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued for Membership dues from previous months if we don't find an email request in our inbox.
- Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
- Refunds will not be issued on any unscheduled cancellations by Staff.
- Refunds will not be issued for any facility closures due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of God).
- Should SAPRC finds it necessary to remove a child from a class, a prorated refund will be issued for remaining classes left in the month.
What are the membership initiation fees?
- Initiation fees is a onetime fee charged at the time of membership enrollment. It is not refundable upon account cancellation.
- Once account is cancelled (or froze for more than 3 months), initiation fees will be recharged prior to re-enrollment.
Can I train my students at SPARC?
- SPARC offers training programs with professional accredited coaches. Anyone who wishes to get training can join our training programs. If you are not a SPARC Coach, you are not allowed to train anyone in this facility.
- Training can only be offered by SPARC management under our curriculum.
- Anyone not associated with SPARC as a coach is strictly prohibited from soliciting and offering training to any of our members and kids in the training programs.
- If you are found violating our training policy, your membership will be terminated effective immediately.
