Welcome to SPARC Membership. SPARC Arena offers multiple membership options, Full Access, Badminton, Volleyball, Throwball and Cricket. While the Full Access membership provides unlimited free access to our Badminton, Volleyball and Throwball courts during the open play times, Badminton, Volleyball and Throwball memberships provide unlimited free access to the corresponding sport. Cricket membership offers discounted rate for the Cricket lanes rental. These memberships also offer additional discounts on our other services such as Table Tennis, Cricket Batting Cages and Pro-shop. You may purchase a monthly membership, or commit to a 1-year term membership that locks in better rates.

Membership Policies

General Policies

• Monthly and Annual Memberships will be automatically renewed.
• Monthly Memberships are a 12-month term, with monthly payments every 30 days.
• Your credit card will be kept on file for auto renewal each month/year.
• Initiation Fees are non-refundable. If you allow your membership to lapse or you voluntarily cancel it there will be an initiation fee charged up starting a new membership.
• To purchase Additional Family Member type membership, an immediate family member should have an active regular adult membership. Immediate Family: Member + Spouse + Children living at the same address.
• Junior membership is available for only children ages 16 and under.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Cancellation and Freezing Policies

• Cancellation request MUST be made either by submitting the Cancellation Request Form online or by submitting a completed cancellation request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
• Please allow up to 1 week for the request to be processed.
• Cancellation request will be processed with an end date of the current membership billing cycle.
• If a membership payment is due for more than a month, the membership will be cancelled automatically and dues will be sent for collection.
• Freezing request MUST be made either by submitting the Freezing Request Form online or by submitting a completed freeze request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
• Members are allowed up to 2 months total of ‘freeze’ status in a 12-month period.
